About the Channel
I am a
conscious channel for several entities. That means that I allow the energy of these
entities to enter my body and talk or write through me. By conscious, I mean that I am
somewhat aware of the information being given and can usually remember parts of it once I
am done with the channeling. There are several levels of consciousness when one is
channeling, and I am considered a light to medium trance channel.
I began channeling three years ago in a group that I attended with my husband. I never
really knew anything about it until I saw Lisa
Holloway channel at that group. I decided at that point that it was something that I
had to do. Since that time, I have been told in readings from psychics and other channels
that it is part of what I am to do in this lifetime here on Earth.
For a long time, channeling has been believed to be something that only mystics and
psychics can do. This is not true at all. I had little or no knowledge of metaphysics
three years ago and am now channeling. I don't recall being particularly psychic
throughout my childhood either. In essence, I am your every day person who has developed
her connection with beings in spirit. Anyone can do this to some degree -- either in
meditation, in actually voice channeling, through painting, etc.
I am also a Reiki master. For those of you who don't know what this means, Reiki is a form
of energy healing. The healer places his/her hands on the recipient and allows Reiki
energy to come through them to heal ailments of mind, body, or spirit. Yet again, there is
no great mystery here. Anyone can be attuned to Reiki energy and perform healings. It is
quite a beautiful energy, and I find it to be very similar to the energy of the beings
that I channel.
